Answers: what do you do if your doctor has broken a hippa law and has giv i live in connecticut and i had a doctor who i thought was very nice , but turns out hes a nut job, my sister whos a vendictive bitch wanted the meds my doctor was prescribing me and when i wouldnt she called my doctor and said i was abusing my meds, rather than not speaking to her he proceeded to give her info on me such as all the meds i was on , where i filled them and so on, he then told me he couldnt see me anymore because he believed her and she now goes to him and gets a ton of meds..i want to know what i can do about him telling her anything about me, i never signed a release saying he could devuldge any info to any family member |
