Please help me land a job in the beautiful country of Guam on the title

provided above. My educational background is a graduate of bachelor of

science in electrical engineering. Unfortunately, an underboard due to

financial constraint. Have also also successfully completed training on

Safety Officer Training course for Construction, Petrochemical and Oil n

Gas Industries. Have finished a one year contract in Qatar, an Onshore

Expansion Project as a Safety Officer and a 6 years experience in the

Philippines with the same category.
