Well, I work in McDonald's in my local area and I really enjoy my job. My supervisor is very nice and with good leadership by helping us on how to handle our tasks. If there is a very low turnover rate if the average tenure of employees is at least 10 years, then you're assured of that company as a good employer. Good employers think highly of their employees because they believe that people is their most important resource. |
| This is a nice way to get people working for them, but it seems like they are a bit desperate and in need of employees to be able to advertise on public television. But on the other hand this is also a great way to build image for the popular food corporation as they allow everyday people work for them as they offer flexible schedules and competitive wages. You know what, this is probably why they are in need of more people because of their employees uncertain and flexible schedules. |
