Questions: Employment complaints in Missouri? I accepted a job offer here in Missouri for a retailer coming to town. On Monday, I filled out all of my paperwork, including all of the paperwork that needed my driver's license, social security card, and voided check. I was supposed to start work on Wednesday. On Tuesday, my offer was rescinded, due to the store supposedly having to take employees from another store. Can I make a complaint about this employment practice to any state or federal agency? Also, I don't know how to determine if my information is safe. Employment complaints in Missouri?
