Recent College Grad with a BA in Communication. Cant Find Job.? I'm a recent graduate with a BA in Communication and a Minor in Business. I have a background in retail and social/human services, but I am not happy working in the non-profit sector. I want a career change, but I am struggling to find employment in alternate fields. Should I go to a staffing agency? I'm not really sure what my options are. I am a new resident of Central New Jersey from the Midwest, so I have to make sure I have employment to make ends meet.
