| Questions: What should I do with my contract? I am now in the New York airport. And nobody wants to pick me up. When I left Ukraine for US my recruiting agency in Ukraine told me, that my employer Representative in US will pick me up. But nobody picks me up. I have only the employment contract written only in Russian and with the seal of the US based company. Do I have a chance to win with this contract to sue the US based company in New York and what will you suggest me? |
