| Yes, if I were an employer, I will definitely hire Nancy Roder. After seeing this resume video, I am more convinced that she is going to be a good employee. I am a person who is always willing to give chance to newbies so I would gladly hire her. She has a very good presentation of herself and she is a fresh graduate, too. It simply shows that the learning at school is still fresh in her memory. |
| I don't have any questions with regard to Nancy Roder's qualification. She got to be very skillful and very interesting abilities. On the other hand, I think she has something to improve with her personality and they way she carries herself. As you know, having a pleasing personality is also important when you apply on an employment agency most especially when you have a direct contact with your client. |
| I understand that this women has her own individual style and tastes, and that's wonderful. However I believe that she would have a much better chance of being hired if she beefed up her professional look a little. For starters, perhaps an email with simply her name might entice more employers to actually write her, as some of them might be afraid of looking strange by writing to "fluffy bunny lady." |
