| What could a fourteen year-old model do to make her career more challenging and  I have been wanting to model for two years now, since the beginning of sixth grade. I did not get into actually modeling until this year, starting with my two professional photography shoots with DNA Photography. We have just ended our in studio portfolio work and are now setting up a date for outdoor shots. I have been contacting many photographers and have started trying to get some dates for shoots. My goal is to get into an agency and get noticed, but how does that work? I have contacted many agencies and they have said that I am too short. Should I send my portfolio in? Have my mom call? What are good agencies to get into by Eugene, Oregon? Please let me know. Thanks. Look me up on myspace, Mecca Ray and you'll see if I have what it takes to be a model. lalaLaura- you saw one picture of me. It wasn't even professional. You can't base me on one picture honey. Saying I am not good at modeling from one photo and saying that you work for an agency is not a good choice of words if you want to look good. Friend request me, look at my professional portfolio, and you'll change your mind. And your little quote about my mom taking pictures of poses from magazines? It's nothing like that. I work with a photographer and I pose on my own. I'm not waiting until I'm sixteen, I'm starting now. |
