| While waiting to see if my unemployment came through I found a part-time job, wo ...will this effect my eligibility? I am STILL waiting to see if I have qualified and have been told to continue to file my bi-weekly claims. They called me today asking what my dates of work were regarding my part-time job and before I tell them that I no longer work there, I want to make sure I will still qualify, I do have a slim shot at getting back with the company before it is too late. What should I do, I have 48 hrs to get back to the unemployment lady. Should I stay quit from the part-time job as it wont effect me either way or should I go back to working there even though they are scheduling me to work outside of my availability and so on...Help me! I am in Pennsylvania. |
