Job Description:

•Should be able to plan, organize and implement the repairs and maintenance of concrete equipments.

•Should have good control over the manpower.

•Should keep a check over cost control on repairs based on the budget.

•Should be able to identify individual training and development needs.

•Must be able to plan the distribution of work amongst the team utilizing available skills.

•Must manage workshop standards in accordance with quality and company requirements

Skills

•A Mechanical Engineer or Automobile Engineering, with post qualification experience of around 10 years in a similar industry /heavy vehicle equipment maintenance.

•Managing an electro-mechanical workshop and supervising a team of engineers, supervisors and technicians will be responsible for overseeing the repair, rewinding and maintenance work including purchase, logistics maintenance and other activities.

•Age should be between 35 to 45 years old.

•Fluent in English is a must.
