U-Mary Men's Soccer Gains Commitments from Bismarck's Frenzel, Wyoming's Frost

Thank author of this post/commentUniversity of Mary mens soccer coach, Dave Cook, today announced the commitment of two student-athletes to continue their education and play soccer at U-Mary beginning in the 2010 season. Michael Frenzel of Bismarck, ND, and Matt Frost of Cody, Wyoming, are the first two members of the Marauders 2010 recruiting class. We are very pleased that our first two recruits of 2010 are not only standout athletes, but standout citizens as well. We also couldnt be happier that both come from within the approximate region of our school. It is always great to get top regional talent. The Marauders doubled their win total from each of the previous two seasons and finished 2009 with an 8-10-2. The U-Mary team improvement was reflected in off-season awards as sophomore Nikola Nikolic earned Daktronics first team All-Central Region honors and junior goalkeeper Derek Luptak was selected to the NSCAA All-Academic Central Region second team. The Marauder Mens soccer team also finished the 2009 fall semester with a 3.03 average GPA. 2010 U-MARY MENS SOCCER STUDENT-ATHLETE COMMITMENTS Michael Frenzel, Goalkeeper, 6-foot-3. Bismarck, ND (Century High School). A two-time North Dakota all-state performer, Michael Frenzel led Century High School to the 2007 state title as a sophomore and to the state championship game as a senior in 2009. We have spent many years for our education and to get a degree simply because we want to earn a better living and get a stable job. Then setting career goals must be pursued because success is within our reach if we work hard for a better life. I am inspired by many successful people in the world so I am firm that i reach my career goals in life.
